Troubleshooting Guides

A. Disc Error/ keeps saying loading

  1. Check how disc is inserted, follow correct pattern
  2. Toggle AV input to DVD mode-AV then DVD mode again
  3. Try a different disc, be sure using standard disc not Blu ray.
  4. Check if issue happening on both units or just 1.
  5. Call or email customer support if all TS fails.

B. Blue screen only/no signal

  1. Check Input, be sure its on DVD mode. Try using the remote.
  2. If 2nd screen trying to play movie from Monitor 1, input should be AV
  3. Call or email customer support if all TS fails.

C. Pairing Wireless Headphones

  1. Put batteries on headphones
  2. Enable IR/ IRTX from remote/ Press TFT Menu on your remote then enable IR
  3. Select A/B from monitor and to appropriate headphone to pair
  4. If IR is ON, sounds will be out the headphones.

D. Movies from sd card/ USB not working

  1. Make sure monitors are on correct INPUT
  2. Make sure capacity of sd card/ usb is max of 64gig. Not higher
  3. Make sure all movie formats are supported based on the list provided on product listing
  4. Make sure resolution is also followed, matching those that are on the product listing
  5. If resolution is higher, use file converter to adjust current resolution.

E. Image blurry/ not clear

  1. try different disc to verify if its a disc issue
  2. Check resoltuion and brightness settings, adjust accordingly
  3. If happening on 2nd DVD player while movie is feeding. Check RCAconnectors and make sure they are connected properly.
  4. Call or email customer support if all TS fails

Worth the Money

I bought this product few months ago and it is still working until now. We enjoyed watching movies and the images are clear. Thumbs up for this one.

Portable DVD

Bought this system a couple of weeks ago, pretty easy to install, picture really sharp and tv is a good size. A couple of issues - the main one being that the speakers are behind the unit so it's very loud for the driver, the headphones are ok but to change the sound system to run it to the headphones is tricky, If you can't see the screen (because you're in the front seat) you wouldn't be able to change the sound mode from speaker to headphone. Using the sound system through the radio isn't great quality. The other issue is that the instruction manual doesn't have enough information in it, the manual doesn't explain all the different mode options or if there is an easier way to change the sound mode without using the remote or going into the menu every time. Lastly the remote has tiny buttons so its difficult to read in low light or if you have poor eyesight, in the dark you can't see the buttons on the screen to operate them so you have to use the remote. Overall I would say it's a really good system you just need to work around the flaws the sound being the biggest one, but the picture quality and the size of the screen is great.
