AUSTRALIA POST DELAYS
Australia Post are experiencing delivery delays. We recommend you opt for Express Post as these are prioritised. AusPost current delivery times

- For orders placed before Midnight NSW Time we will dispatch next business day. Any orders placed after 12am will be dispatched on a best efforts basis that same day, otherwise the following business day.
- Excludes: (1) Pre/back-order items, and (2) Bulky goods (learn more below).

- Pre-orders are dispatched on release day or 1 day before (business days). Please allow standard delivery times on top.
- If your order contains a combination of in-stock items, we will hold the entire order, and only ship once the pre-order item(s) are available.
- Please place separate orders if you want in-stock items to ship first.
- Release dates are subject to change, and can be further delayed due to shipping delays, supply shortages, or when release dates are pushed back by the supplier/publisher.

- If a delivery got returned to us due to (1) wrong postal address, or (2) missed delivery and parcel not collected from collection point. The item(s) will be reposted at your expense.
- If the item was returned due to an error on our part, then the item will be resent to you at no additional cost.
- Lost Orders?
- An investigation is opened with Australia Post / Courier once the estimated delivery time frame has passed.
- If the item is lost, we will ship you a replacement if the item is still in stock, or refund you the full price paid if the item is no longer available.
All our stock are from official suppliers and come with the full manufacturers warranty.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund faulty products as per Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that if:
- the product is found to be working,
- the fault/damage is due to misuse, neglect or reasonable wear and tear, OR
- the product is not one which was purchased from us (e.g. mismatching serial numbers, different stocked product),
Change of Mind:
Change of mind returns are accepted. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- All returned products must be in original, brand new, and sealed condition. If an item is found to be opened, used or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and will be returned at the buyers expense.
- No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
- Shipping cost are not refundable.
- Return postage will be paid by the buyer.
- Due to the nature of these products, they are ineligible for return: gift cards, digital codes/cards, and any product requiring an activation code.
