Extended Holiday Returns Policy

In anticipation of early Christmas shopping, we have temporarily extended the return window of our change of mind returns policy so you can buy gifts with confidence. This extended holiday returns policy applies to the most item(s) purchased between October 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021, are returnable through January 31, 2022, for a full refund of the price you paid for the item, original shipping fees will not be refunded. This policy is in addition to and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. 

 

What product is eligible for a return?

• Any Product(s) in original, brand new, sealed condition. Packaging must be unopened, seals intact (where applicable), and resalable condition meaning that they are in the same condition in which they were received and in original, undamaged packaging. 

 

What product is not eligible for a return?

• Any Product(s) in use, fitted, opened condition. Damaged because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for return.

• Gift cards, digital codes/cards, and any product requiring an activation code.

• Returns on items outside the specified return window.

 

If an item is found to be opened, used, or damaged, it will not be eligible for an Extended Holiday Returns Policy and will be governed  by the regular return policy as stated here
