Some impulsive shoppers are those who are on retail therapy so at times they also purchase big and expensive things with little thought for it. Attentive store staff will make the difference for these types of shoppers.
These types of shoppers do their research well. They study the store’s items / inventory. Search online, they read magazines, and maybe follow bloggers / influencers to know more about the products. By the time they enter the store, they already know what they want to buy. A well-informed staff is the key to these types of shoppers. By answering their queries in-store, you have already boosted their store experience. You should keep your website or pages up to date to satisfy these types of shoppers.
These shoppers are bargain hunters. When there is a store sale, expect them to be present. They like discounts and are usually equipped with coupons and vouchers anywhere they go. These shoppers usually go for the least expensive and do not look at the sentimental side of shopping.
